Summary: It is what it is... It was probably supposed to be for children or something to play during family time. I think we need to see some more games like this for the younger people. We tend to view the game thing from an older persons view these days because more boomers like me are stuck on games and we tend to support the game market more than children. I'm mentioning this because the site review treats this one like a NYT critic reviewing a comic book.
Summary: Just ok. This game is aimed at kids. Because this is a seasonal game, I've looked past the juvenile content of this game and continued with it. Plenty of hidden objects scenes. Lots of vibrant colours and it was good for what it is. The mini-games/puzzles were the typical matching pairs, jigsaw puzzles, lining up books/bottles, rotating/swapping pieces of picture. Nothing special and nothing extraordinary. They were all very easy and therefore lacking in challenge.
Summary: I agree with the reviewer below that the "official" GZ reviewer was kind of a cranky-pants about this game. True, its not legendary, but I tend to give it some slack for being kind of a fun seasonal game that gets me in the mood to hand out candy on the 31st. Its still one of my favorite things to do...
Summary: I would really rate this one 2 1/2 stars, but I'm putting 3 just because the site review is unncecessarily harsh. It is a simple rather sweet game geared (as both the user reviews indicated) toward family play. The objections to the "lack of a story" and the "use of objects that don't fit the theme" are completely irrelevant to the playability of the game, which is all that matters. A nice little holiday game, no more, no less.
