Summary: I figured this would be the perfect game to play on Halloween but found it too easy and annoying to last very long. I don’t mind a straight-up HOG with little or no storyline (Antique Roadtrip); sometimes that’s all I want. And I love bright, colorful games and don’t mind games that may be aimed towards a younger demographic (The Hidden Object Show II).
Summary: Moonwitch is correct; this game should be geared toward young gamers. Anyone over the age of 12 or so would not find this game very challenging or even interesting. There is no plot to speak of and the games are so simple that perhaps even a child of 12 might think that their intelligence is being insulted. The graphics are nice, though, and some of the objects in the scenes were well placed.
Summary: I downloaded this one because it looked rather cute. Halloween: Trick or Treat is better suited for a kid or a beginner in HOGs than someone who has played a lot. There really is not a storyline here and its mostly just a bunch of HOG scenes strung together. However, in all fairness, this is nicely done and would be good if you want a game to play where you don't have to think.
