Guitar Hero III has all new songs from favorite artists like Kiss as well as newer bands like Heart and the Beastie Boys to allow players to rock harder. Also, players will take rock music to a new level as they experience new features and content. There is even a mode for action-packed battle, with venues created so that they are excellent replicas of the real thing. The rock experience offered by Guitar Hero III is even heightened with the offering of wireless technology, so players can use their guitar controls totally unplugged. Gibson developed exclusive controls that feature faceplates that are interchangeable so the players can customize their guitars and get a rock star experience truly their own.

[Console Gaming] Which console would you get?
...e 360 since it's library is far superior to the PS3. The PS3 lacks developer support. I do have a PS2 which I think was the greatest console ever besides the NES. It has a HUGE library of games and I still play it on occasion. I am thinking of getting Guitar Hero III for it as well.

http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2007/11...s_mono_sound/1 Apparently, despite advertising stereo and Dolby Pro Logic II sound , the Wii version of Guitar Hero III is still only offering mono sound output.

So many games, so few $$
...ur looking for. Call of Duty 4 has a ok good story and amazing online. Assassigns Creed has a great story (no online). Mass Effect is going to have up to 100 hours of game play so that is gonna be a lot of game for your money (not sure if it has online). Guitar Hero III is really fun but if your not good it's gonna really suck.
