Summary: The item reached its destination in decent time in good condition. The game itself is highly recommended if you don't own it but have the other versions such as, prophecy, nightfall, and eye of the north. The story line was intriguing.
Summary: This game is one(1) of the two (2) standalone expansions of the Guild Wars series. I love the Guild Wars series because of its non-pay-to-playness. Thats right, you do NOT have to pay monthly to play this game. Its not a true MMO, but its damn near it. ALl the cities are MMO stylized, where you see everyone and have different channels. But all the questing and outside city parts are "instances".
Summary: Factions is the second game in the Guild Wars series. It can stand alone, like its predecessor (Prophecies). But it's unlike the first game in many respects. The most obvious difference is the difficulty. Prophecies starts out slowly, with an extended tutorial and a slow leveling curve.
Summary: The extras included in the collectors edition package are worth the extra price. It includes an book of Artwork, and music soundtrack are super. The calendar is dated but cool. It includes a code for a one time special mini pet Kunavang retrievable online. This is a highly sought after mini pet and one that I will say always attracts attention when online.
Summary: This is an awesome game. I just recently started playing Guild Wars and I find the games very easy to get used to for someone who has never played. I like the fact that it is free to play online. I would definitely recommend this game to others.
Summary: I love the two new classes and the new dances. The Collector's Edition with the "backup dancers" for the Sins and Rits is awesome. Also the Mini Kuunavang pet is the best. It's a lot of fun to play and being about to play with people from all over the world with no monthly fee is AWESOME. The only think I don't like about it is the timed missions. It's pretty hard to get masters on some of them. Other than that it's a great game.
Summary: Factions is the second guild wars game to come out. It takes place in a stunning area called Cantha. This is a fast paced game meaning that you should be able to get to the max level 20 asap. Unlike the original the tutorial is very weak taking you all the way up to level 14 monsters in the beginning. Two new classes are added, assasin and ritualist. The assasin uses daggers as a main choice.
Summary: So Factions was the second in the Guild Wars series of games. It's story line and environment bear no connection with the first Guild Wars (aka Guild Wars: Prophecies) save the fact that a player who owns both games may "bridge" a character from Factions over to the original campaign at about the 1/2 mark (the location called Lions Arch in Prophecies) and the reverse is also true, you are able to bring Prophecies characters over to factions.
Summary: Guild Wars Factions is not an expansion pack, meaning you need the original game to install and play it. This game is a stand-alone game which, if you have the original Guild Wars, can bring over your previously made players and complete the missions with them. Now Personally, I have both Guild Wars and Factions and I must say its quite different. Of course the combat system etc.
