Summary: Between the slow loading time on win7 and the weird keyboard mouse controls (and lack of logitech controller support) I have to give this great game a 3. Love the gameplay but a little more work on the tech side would have made it much more enjoyable without a console.
Summary: At the ridiculous price this is going for I downloaded it. Unfortunately, I doesn't work well on my computer. I have a big fast system so there shouldn't be a problem but it is an old game. I have GTA 4 and love it so I can't really ding it's older brother.
Not Great on Windows8 (as usual. U suck microsoft)

Summary: It's always a pain to get even some Windows7 stuff to run on Win8 but, older games and software are even harder. I got it to play but the screen flickers with double image shadows too and no enhanced customization options as steering. I would have programmed the little extras into it.
Summary: I've always been a big fan of GTA, but the more recent iterations of the series (at least for the PC) have been more unstable and buggy than the GTAs of yesteryear. I'm not going to go over EFLC's content, since the game (or games, if you count both episodes as separate) consists of the same mission structures, funny writing, hilarious dialogue, and good old fashioned open world gameplay that has been the hallmark of the series since GTA3.
Issues with the PC port harm this GTA4 expansion, but it's still worth getting.

Summary: Like Grand Theft Auto 4 before it, the expansion packs "The Lost and Damned" and "The Ballad of Gay Tony," bundled together here in the Episodes from Libert City pack, are great games that look amazing on PC but are marred by frame rate issues. To get a completely smooth experience with these games you will need a brand new high-end processor and video card, and I mean high-end as in an i7 and new ATI 5000 series. Even then your fps may not be what you want it to be.
Summary: Bought this for a steal (under $[...]), but quickly discovered a possible reason for the price. The audio in the Mac version is really messed up. The sample rate conversion of the audio files is executed poorly, so it aliases like crazy (an awful buzzing noise that changes with the audio signal). Not sure if it does this on all Macs, but you can read up about the problem - Search for "gta trilogy mac audio". Lots of people experienced it.
Summary: I brought this game back in 1999 and spent hours playing this game. This game is free roaming where you can either just kill people by running them over or you can carry out missions to get cash and to complete an area. The game is split into different area of the city and you report to different bosses. When you get to a certain amount of points to get to progress to the next area with a new boss and then you to see a cut screen.
