Summary: Bought this for a steal (under $[...]), but quickly discovered a possible reason for the price. The audio in the Mac version is really messed up. The sample rate conversion of the audio files is executed poorly, so it aliases like crazy (an awful buzzing noise that changes with the audio signal). Not sure if it does this on all Macs, but you can read up about the problem - Search for "gta trilogy mac audio". Lots of people experienced it.

Summary: London eh? A nice place, but you wouldn't want to live there. Particularly if you suffer from claustrophobia of any kind or didn't relish the prospect of being wedged into a low ceilinged mini-train every morning, ending up having to force your way past tourists to get anywhere at all, and choking on car fumes.
Pros: The London idea is kind of original.
Cons: It's smaller than the original Grand Theft Auto. It's also not really London.

Excerpt: And now, an advertisement.'Newspaper journos - are you tired of having to write outraged and blinkered articles every single time your editor hears about the imminent release of some new and gratuitously violent computer game? Fed up of putting together articles that end up being almost identical in tone and content, just to try and whip the moral minority up into a frenzy? Then Rantomatic from Kwik-Con Software could be the answer to your prayers.
Excerpt: "Released back in 1999, 'Grand Theft Auto: London 1969' is the first official expansion pack for the original (and best) GTA game, so rather than the admittedly swish-looking, style-over-content visuals of the later GTA games, players are instead treated to very simple top-down low-res graphics that resemble a 90s amiga game rather than a modern PC game. As with the original however the graphics are perfectly suited as the gameplay itself is as good ...
Pros: nice visuals, entertaining concept, great gameplay, lots of new maps and vehicles
