Summary: There are tons of games touting themselves as "highly realistic" shooters out there, but let's face it. One guy taking on an army of enemies isn't exactly realistic. But finally a game has been released that truly gives you a taste of actual military combat. And of course it was originally made for the U.S military. At first glance this game looks like a team based shooter.
Summary: it takes for ever to kill a guy its a "3rd person tombrader type RTS" 2 teams of 4 its no good 2 player co-op online is good but the game bahh no good. you thought you could shoot?? you cant. its not wourth it. short review but this is a nono is an ok game shows you the real meaning of squad tactics. but the deaths suck as well a bullet in the guy he flys 10 feet back i shoulda known it was by THQ.
Summary: Now if you like strategy games go get this, if you want a game that is all about mind over matter, get this game. But if your a seasoned HALO player than you wont want this game. The game is full on strategy which is evident since it was made for the ARMY and they just tweaked it for the consumer, but really like what the other reviewers said, after a few levels you kinda get bored of the whole tell them where to go, and thats it type of stuff.
Summary: This game is based on a strategic action/tactics for the U.S. Army. However the fun part is you don't shoot , you get your guys (Alpha and Bravo Team) to shoot by lining them up for a good shot. This game is very realistic and intense.
Summary: FSW is a great strategic game, but once you beat the it enough times and are bored of all the levels, enter cheat HA2P1PY9TUR5TLE and you can play the U.S. Army training version with 7 new missions that includes new soldiers and other features.
Summary: Full Spectrum Warrior is a game based on a U.S. military training simulation. In short, it is designed to be a realistic experience. It will test your ability to multi-task rather than how quick your trigger finger is. You will take control of up to three squads at one time which can be pretty disorienting. The game takes place in a fictional country where you (army rangers) must help diffuse an international situation.
Summary: Having played a few military games by the time I got to Full Spectrum Warrior I had become sick of games with poor AI, the lack of challenge is quite annoying and makes games boring. I was hoping for good AI with Full Spectrum Warrior but it was not to be. Often you will end up with a stalemate where neither your troops nor the enemy troops will press forward but will engage in pointless bullet shower battles so the rest is left to you.
Conclusion: This is a squad based war sim, based on realistic modern combat in an urban setting. You take command of squads of soldiers completing various tasks like search and rescue or a simple patrol in a middle eastern citiy.
