List All 9 PricesOur recommendation really couldn't be more glowing: there is nothing not to like about Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich. It's colorful, funny, and an absolute blast to play, offering more gaming thrills than the proverbial barrel of monkeys. This is pure, unadulterated fun at its finest, so don't expect complex strategic decision making or hours of agonized role playing as you customize your characters. Instead, let Irrational's newest delight serve as a reminder that... Read more
This game has managed to surprise me in a very pleasant way. Although the game contains some minor bugs and the singleplayer campaign is quite short, it also brings you a few amazing hours of pure gameplay bliss. If you've grown tired of the classic fantasy RPG, then this game is undoubtedly an excellent choice, but also those other gamers out there shouldn't miss out on the opportunity to give this game a try! The best way to describe Freedom Force vs. The 3rd Reich is as a classic comicbook come to life. Actually that description is much too simple and obvious because Freedom Force vs. The 3rd Reich is a classic comic book come to life. Read more
From now on - even if I should have done this a long time ago - I will try not to have expectations from certain games because they don't usually live up to these expectations and it's not because any fault of their own. This game kicked me in the right place and for the first time in my life (after an injury like that), I... Read more
Freedom Force Vs. the Third Reich (Freedom Force 2) follows the original ( review ), which was released in 2002 by Irrational Games. Like the original, it features dozens of playable dynamic comic book heroes, fully interactive and destructible environments and an amazing story. Freedom Force 2 takes place a few months following the events of the original game. The team is essentially out of a job since they did such a good job cleaning up the streets. That is until they... I loved the original game and spotted this cheap the other day, so picked it up. It has a CD-copy protection system on it that won't run under Windows Vista, which means you can't play the game. Sad. Although it was released in 2005, under 3 years later, the production company has vanished and there is zero support for the game. Read more
Fun: In difference to the other poster I can definitely confirm that FFvTR works on Vista 64bit SP1, except for hardware DirectSound for which you'll need Creative's Alchemy software or similar. Freedom Force vs The Third Reich scores over the original Freedom Force in several areas. The characters arrive fully formed, the graphics, sound and interface are improved and the plotline is more coherent. It's a fantastic team based real time strategy game with endless... Read more
Freedom Force vs The Third Reich is a really great game to play. It allows you to create your very own characters, powers, and what types of damage they wield. This game can be quite intense. You will not be disappointed. Read more
