Summary: My son bought this and was so excited to "train" as a pilot! Unfortunately, we have Windows 8.1 and it will not register the product. We have tried every patch we can find online, running in compatibility mode, everything we can think of and it will not work. It's quite disappointing. Before buying, my son checked online to see if it was compatible, and it was listed as compatible on the website he checked.
Summary: While the planes and their graphics are fine, I was very disappointed with the view of the ground. It is very blurry and almost cartoonish in appearance. The view out of a real plane at thirty thousand feet is more distinct than at a few hundred feet in the simulator. Also the claim that there are over 50 aircraft available is misleading.
Summary: It was a good addition to my flight simulator because it has jets with real airline labels. However, it was a little outdated with older planes that are not in service and older liveries of some airlines. Plus, the just flight push back car cannot connect to planes although it is fun to drive around the airport in. Also, the control tower is not a real control tower which was not what I was hoping for. However, overall it is a good addition to my flight simulator.
Summary: It may be my computer, but I had trouble loading this program. It is the second one I have bought (I lost a disc from the first one). Also, when the graphics are advanced, the planes do not respond smoothly to the controls.
Summary: ok,this plane is as good as every one says, very complex and rewarding to fly. Plane has no gps you must learn to program the FMC for A/P to get you anywhere. 1 big problem with it,if you fly online fsinn/fscopilot will cause the gauges to go black and nothing will click on 2d/vc cockpits. That leaves the choice to use squawkbox or IVAO or fly offline,if you cant live w/o fsinn then dont buy.
