Summary: Why the two stars??? I am a huge fan of car games. That's why I bought this game. However, my excitement fizzed out after I installed the game. For one thing, you can't play this game without the CD in the CDROM, even though I spent 40 minutes installing it on my computer system. Second, although the game came with manual with list of key commands and what not, I simply can't get past "press START button" to start the game no matter what key I press on my keyboard.
Summary: The game is really fun but its irritating as all hell when the software is designed to completely screw you when you're doing too well...They find every possible way to make you crash just before the finish and its ruins the damn game. I don't mind crashing if I mess up but its ridiculous when they program other cars or obstacles to suddenly appear and put you into a wall...Not sure why they do this other than to get some jollies out of messing with people.
A 64 bit > Key Board or Joystick < controllers only as far as I can find, so far.

Summary: I think this game could be better if it would support a wheel and petal's controller like My Logitec MoMo, but It only supports Key Board and Joy Stick which is good if You don't mind that, but after using Flat Out 2 "a 32 bit game" It's a disappointment. It supports 64 bit however as most newer systems run on now.
Summary: .....there are a few things to consider. First, you really need to make sure your system has a graphics card that can run it. I ran it on my Vista 64 bit desktop with the stock Nvidia 9300M card. Too choppy in the high res. settings. Medium settings worked best. I upgraded the card to a Radeon 7750 and the difference is unbelievable. Now, I'm able to play it at the highest settings without any glitches.
