Summary: I wanted a gaming pad, but I wasn't going for one for Final Fantasy XIV. I like Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Street Fighter, and more. I honestly have a ridiculously and embarrassingly large video game collection on my computer. This controller hasn't worked on a SINGLE one of them. Total waste of money.
Summary: The Snake Bit me. (sigh) I must say, I did not expect to be disappointed by what USED TO BE my favorite Game Controller. However, it seems that Snakebyte is not interested in the PC Gaming community any longer and stopped manufacturing this device for PC's - only consoles.
Summary: I've owned two of these controllers now. It is a very good controller, all the buttons work well, the dual shock works fine, fairly long cord as well so I didn't have to sit in front of my pc always.
Summary: I wanted an official controller for a game that I love. This controller suffers from many of the same issues the first version of FFXIV 1.0 suffered. The software is garbage and it is even hard to find online [...] It functions okay, but Snakebyte ignores support.
Summary: Even after a change at the top of development, this game is largely an unplayable time-sink. Square Enix made the questionable decision to start charging a monthly fee, resulting in server merges when hardly anyone chose to pay that fee, months in advance of the big to-do they are calling 2.0.
Summary: I was a large fan of Final Fantasy XI, the MMO predecessor to this game. Simply put, I was sorely disappointed. In making all the new jobs, skills, leveling locations, quests, etc etc content, they seemed to have forgotten to make the game actually FUN.
Summary: Rantish review... My aim is bound to change targets (you have been warned) After nearly two weeks of trying to really, really like FFXIV I can say with out a doubt that this game is absolute rubbish and a complete waste of money.
