Summary: I absolutely love this game and the depth it goes into. Nothing is better than when you get into the game about 3 or 4 years into it and meet all requirements to go public with the team. This game is for people who love the managing aspect.
Summary: Too many bugs in the English game eg playing League Cup matches against other sides reserve sides, having three subs in England team all called Owen Hargreaves and inability to make substitutions. A step back from the previous game and still the lack of consistency between what happens in the 3D game and the evaluations given to the players.
Summary: Graphics ------------ The 3D match engine taken from the FIFA 09 game and put into this game is as always perfect, there is no freezing, no players that glide along the pitch seemingly not using their legs. The beautiful game is seen exactly as it should be. Sounds ------------ There's nothing like hearing the crowing roaring after your star striker bangs in a goal and that's exactly what you experience with FIFA Manager, the quality of the sound is amazing, recognizable...
Summary: I've played all of the EA Sports FIFA Manager series since 2002, and whilst there have been ups and downs, they have generally been good quality games. The series is often overlooked and frowned upon by its Football Manager rivals, and whilst it is weaker in many ways than its rival, it also has some features that are a lot better.
Pros: Text mode is a great new feature
Cons: Still too many bugs, finances are not realistic and managers still have fake names
FIFA Manager 09 (PC): Fifa Manager 09 - finally it delivers the goods

Summary: Well Fifa Manager 09 is here and is it finally the game which for me lives up to the all of the potential which I have always felt EA Sports have had in the field of a football manager game....the answer yes it lives up to what I hoped for and so much more. I am playing this game on a 4gb machine and for the first time with a Fifa Manager game have been amazed at how smooth the game is.
Pros: Great graphics, terrific game interface, great gameplay, reactive to user decisions, smooth running
Conclusion: I have bought every fifa manager game up to this point- but will never buy one again - I have emailed EA about the bugs in this game making it unplayable like your staff changing positions or dissapearing altogether and my team being called Chelsea when I am Newcastle and they are just ignoring my emails - this game is unplayable buy football manager 2009 by sega of play instead - beleive me when i say this - as i usually buy both - this a unplayable mess and they rushed...
Conclusion: I have just found this game confusing. It slow, numbers and figures are mish-mashed and wrong and its more often than not pre empted results so you can never have sustained success. After two hours i was looking on the internet straight away for a money cheat.
