Excerpt: Family Fortunes is a hit TV quiz show, hosted by Les Dennis. Now, they have extended the life of this programme and made it into a PC game too! There are two ways to play: solo and party. It's great to play on your own against the computer, or you can even play against a member of your family. Try to outwit and outguess your opponents to the most popular answers to the survey questions.
Pros: Really fun to play, can be more more than one player .
Excerpt: I have been a fan of the television show Family Fortunes for many years - I know it's a bit naff but some of the answers that people give are quite laughable and this can make the show quite entertaining in itself. One silly answer that clearly sticks in my mind is the answer given by a chap who was asked to name a way of cooking fish and replied COD!
Pros: Great fun for all the family, easy to play and install, allows you to import your own photographs or create your own family
Cons: Les's mouth doesn't always seem to move with the words, the music can get a bit annoying
Excerpt: I have always been a big fan of the t.v gameshow family fortunes,so when I saw it in PC game format,I was so excited that I bought it immediately! At £19.99 I considered it a tad expensive, but I thought that its entertainment value would justify its high price. As soon as I got home,I loaded the game into my pc's dvd drive and followed the simple instructions.
Cons: long winded,repetitive,boring,irritating,expensive
Excerpt: Family Fortunes When I normally write opinions, I will give you a lot of features, disadvantages, and advantages. This game however is going to receive a very poor opinion by me. Oh dear. There are just certain TV quiz shows that shouldn’t come out on PC. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is a huge hit and has done very well on PC. The Weakest Link wasn’t that successful. Why would Family Fortunes do well?!
Excerpt: Family Fortunes is a Television show, a board game and now a computer game. Being the sort of TV show, which keeps you, intrigued, in as much as: seeing whether your opinion matches what the audience says? I had heard that some kind producer of computer games had made the show into a pc game! I decided it would be great for a Christmas Showtime with the family!
