Bethesda has poorest customer service in my entire life (Amazon's was awesome)

Summary: Would that I could give it less then one star. The game is great, but the customer service of the makers of the game is horrendous. I was not given a proper code to access the DLC and figured no problem, call Bethesda. Bethesda not only took three weeks to get back to me, but when they did so they stalled for another two weeks, then flat out refused to offer any remedies.
Summary: FO:NV is an amazing game. It allows the player to roam about a post-apocalyptic Las Vegas and Nevada, doing whatever the player wants. Typically, these things are good things, but the player is allowed to (and occasionally must) make morally tricky decisions. But, the game benefits righteous actions the most. This game has an abundance of foul language and gore (dismemberment is a distinct possibility), with the occasional sexual reference.
Summary: The Fallout series is very enjoyable to play. I like sneaking around and shooting the bad guys and varmints from places they can't find me easily, and booby trapping any access. I spend a lot of time in these Fallout games doing all the various quests that I can. It's a lot of fun.
