Summary: F.E.A.R Perseus Mandate So underrated game !!! I enjoy this expansion more than F.E.A.R vanila. Pros: +great level design. Best so far. I haven't play FEAR 2 and 3 yet. +new weapons +great graphic. Evan for today standards. No blur, bloom, HDR to cover imperfections. Great textures.
Summary: The original FE.A.R. is one of the best FPS games of all time. This...this is not. The writing is horrendous, the scares are far too in-your-face. Somehow, they screwed up the core gameplay of FEAR (who would have thought that was possible?). They made a good amount of battles completely unfair.
Summary: DO NOT let the metacritic score steer you away from this game. I loved the original F.E.A.R. and beat if a few years back. based upon the metacritic review I was never going to try this or th other expansion pack as my backlog is already huge and I don't have time for "bad" games.
Summary: Don't listen to the pro reviewers who trash this game because it hasn't made quantum leaps in progressive gameplay. This is an expansion, and it is a pretty damn good one. If you like the below, then you want to get this game: 1. Intense, strategic firefights.
Summary: F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate is a great standalone sequel to the original F.E.A.R. title, but it is not an absolute necessity because it does not introduce very much new information into the storyline. If you've already played F.E.A.R. and F.E.A.R.
Summary: its a really fun game, and the best part is that its a stand alone expantion pack, so you dont need to own the first fear to play this.its a really fun game with a great storyline, and its cheap
