Summary: Its a fun challenging game. It has a single player mode that I am currently playing. You may have to run it in compatability mode if you have a newer computer as this game has been out a while. Its a fun first person shooter game with lots of action and a creepy kind of horror story backdrop. I would definitely recomend it. It was shipped fast and arrived just as ordered.
Summary: I'm not a serious gamer, I enjoy playing fps games. I played these games for hours and have replayed them on the difficult level. You cannot bet the price for the entertainment that it provides. I didn't have any trouble with the installation. I would this buy this game again and recommend this to others. Fast delivery.
Summary: Moving slowly through a darkened corridor, the batteries on the flashlight are dead. Rounding a corner, Alma appears. Look away for a moment, then look back and she is gone. First Encounter Assault Recon (F.E.A.R.) is a first person shooter (FPS) that combines both intense action and horror into an immersive story and experience. I was first introduced to the game through a friend. My friend knew I am fan of FPS games and of horror.
F.E.A.R. = F.P.S. that's sometimes good, but never great

Summary: F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault Recon) is a first-person shooter with a psychological horror spin. Developed by Monolith studios and released in 2005, F.E.A.R.'s story revolves around a Special Forces team who investigates and contains paranormal phenomena. You play as a new but nameless member of the F.E.A.R. team called in to eliminate a cannibalistic killer named Paxton Fettel who controls an army of cloned supersoldiers.
Summary: This game is great. There's many reasons to buy it, and those reasons totally eclipse the negligable flaws that are present. It's now 6 years old, but since it's so good and cheap, there's no reason not to get it. Although, I ordered a used copy here, from Warehouse Deals, and there was no CD Key in the case along with the game, which is required to install the game. So, it had to be returned.
Summary: I grumbled a bit at how high I thought the price was for the FEAR Platinum Collection. But after playing all 3 through twice back to back, I changed my mind. They are worth the price. Still amazing game play even after all these years. I loved the scares! Awesome AI, weapons and one wicked little girl. I will play these 3 through again. Can't wait for FEAR 3!!
Summary: I really loved this game. It's by far one of my favorite FPS games. The plot line is crazy, wonderful and intricate. The graphics are well done and the characters all have well-developed personalites and are enjoyable to interact with. The music and Alma in particular is enough to put you on a nervous edge throughout the entire game (and that's when she's not even really DOING ANYTHING! Wait till you get to the end...that'll really get your heart beating!).
Summary: Of course this is just my opinion, but I loved this game so much I had to share it. With a good computer, the graphical detail of this game is outstanding. the slo-mo ability and different weapon capabilities make for very interesting combat. I truly enjoyed the first person shooter style of this game along with a healthy dose of creepy on the side. I am usually not one for FPS games and enjoy more the RPG or Strategy but this game was very enjoyable.
