Summary: FEAR 3 (or F.3.A.R.) is a polarizing game - the type that you'll either hate or love. The most important addition is co-op. You can play the entire campaign (of about 6 hours on Easy) as either Point Man, the protagonist of the first FEAR or as his brother, Paxton Fettel (who is a ghost). But these are not two similar characters, they are in fact very different. Point Man plays as your typical FPS grunt with an added slow-mo ability (a la Max Payne).
Summary: This game is exhilarating it is a must have FPS, a must have horror and gore game and a must have for people who loves cooperative multiplayer modes. Graphics are very good not perfect, gameplay it is perfect because it has a lot of cool twists. Overall the game is awesome!!!
Conclusion: Still being a fan of FEAR 1 and 2, I bought this game with great expectations- I am disappointed. OK, the graphics and AI are pretty good, but the atmosphere is just not there. To me it has become more like a FPS version of Mario with points dinging up for this and that, even to the point of finding the ALMA doll in each level. Admittedly, I have not finished the game yet, but so far there is little fear in this version of FEAR.

Conclusion: Played FEAR since the first and it had me hooked from the start. FEAR1, terrifying. FEAR2, even more terrifying!.. FEAR3 is just not scary at all, it has a moment or two, but doesn't compare to the other 2. Game play is completely awesome feels solid and polished (Didn't find one bug!), co op is spot on, working together etc and the story just seems to get better and better. A must-have for FEAR fans, but be aware the horror is far from terrifying, sadly.
Conclusion: Everybody says it's short as hell, but oh my god what a thrill i have played it for more than 4 hours cause i had to do breaks otherwise i'd have a heart attack!!! Graphically this game is a stun, it's beautifull, many dynamic lights effects, etc! Haven't tried Multiplayer myself, but this is a must have for every thrill lover!
Summary: Day 1 Studios have pretty much killed the franchise. The plot makes next to
sense, the new “Active Cover” system is horrible and awkward, and when
adding two characters, they forgot to balance them. The game only remotely shines when playing as Paxton Fettel because he gets
to use things other than guns. A meager 8 levels long ranging from 15–40
minutes each, it doesn't have much staying power or replay value.
