Not very logical

Sam, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: I've just finished this game and won't be revisiting it. Evany has nice graphics, an annoying interface, lots of travel back and forth by various modes of transportation, which get's tiring.

XP Home needs a Nvidia Patch

P. Waterfall "Cascade", Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: Unfortunately I bought the game, as "Evany, Key to a distant land", via Bullet Software in August 2010. I have Windows XP with Nvidia 7300 graphics. I kept getting the "Evany.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" message each time I tried to play.

Evany - a reasonable adventure game

John Drake, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: I was pleased when this game arrived - the packaging was in excellent condition and the supplier sent the goods very quickly. For what (I believe) is a fairly old game it coped well with my 27" widescreen monitor - navigation through the game is pretty much like any point and click adventure game...

EVANY

angel gabriel, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: My first impressions are it's going to be mind blowing, you start visiting different locations from the beginning. Pentium 4 and over. Had to load onto my laptop. Found it was a large file so leave enough room if in doubt check space first.

Naomi Rogalska, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: Bought this as said MINIMUM requirement Windows XP but I was unaware that it would not run on Windows 8.1. Troubleshooting suggests going to game website and searching for compatibility upgrade but this games website ([...]) opens but has no content!

A Little Wanting

Crazi, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: I also know this game as the Crystal Key. It was an OK game. You do a lot of running around between Worlds. Not too much puzzles to work out and they were not too difficult once you found them. I reffered to a walkthrough once as I ran around for hours and couldn't find anything to do.

Very enjoyable

Amazon Customer, Amazon
10 September 2004
  • Summary: Another good game produced by The Adventure Company. Released in America as Crystal Key 2, it is even better than Crystal Key which had to be purchased from America. Good balance of puzzles and dialogue, interesting new ways of travel between locations.
