Summary: To my surprise I thought this game was pretty good. It remained faithful to the Egyptian theme and gave the player the chance to fully explore the tombs & pyramids. It stuck to it (unlike some other HOG who kept changing to different locations of different cultures/themes) so it felt kind of coherent and complete. Yes the graphics wasn't the best and most scenes looked dull, there was nothing to complain because it reflected the sandy dry dusty arid nature of the scenes.
Summary: I really enjoyed the game, but I wish it had been longer. It only took me about 2-2 1/2 hours to finish. I enjoy this type of game where you have to move around to find objects that will be used in other locations. I also like Egyptian settings for games. I played the 3D version. It was neat, but you're not missing out if you don't. Some of the cut scenes look cool, but I actually thought it made it more difficult in the few HOG scenes that used the 3D.
Summary: I did enjoy this game, but wish it had been longer. I love HOG and Adventure combined games, and this was a pretty good one. It is good for replay since you can start with a different character each time, so it changes the game somewhat. I love games of looking for relics, escape from somewhere, and the haunting games. This was not the best, absolutely loved Dead Time Stories, but this was a decent game and I would give it a 3 1/2 to 4.
