  • Summary: I'm not a big fan of Daedalic, but this one is an amazing adventure. Very captivating story with some nice twists, interesting characters, great puzzles, fantastic art. The only downsides are the subpar animations and the bad voice acting.

  • Summary: The story in the game was extremely immersive and well designed, I devoured it whole during three very long gaming sessions where I simply could not just stop. Another shining star of this game was beautiful hand drawn graphics and interesting characters.

  • Summary: I really like the first game in this series and given the high reviews other people have given this game I had high hopes for the sequel. I'm about half way through the third chapter and unfortunately I'm having a really hard time struggling to continue playing the game.

  • Summary: An entertaining point 'n' click adventure in the old school sense - which means challenging puzzles, beautiful 2D backdrops and an immersive world. Unfortunately the voice acting can be pretty terrible at times and music is sometimes non-existent for certain scenes, so there could've been a lot more...

  • Summary: Awesome quest. Great sequel. I cried at the end Recommend playing after the first part, which is called "The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav". As for the gameplay the developers used a very good solution to simplify puzzles. Graphics awesome. Characters too (especially Nouri and Saja).

  • Summary: I've played almost all of Daedelic's lovely adventure games and this is the first that didn't feel at all like a homage to the genre. Instead, it is a work of gaming fiction and design that stands alone on its own merits, weaving a beautiful, haunting tale (with several lovely twists) with fairly...

  • Summary: I've enjoyed it quite a bit. The story is good, the visuals acceptable. The puzzles are more logical than in the Night of the Rabbit, but still I had to check a guide from time to time.

  • Summary: The princess' story is engaging and mysterious. Graphic quality varies but is mostly high. I didn't have any trouble getting stuck due to illogical puzzles (and button that will show you all the "hotspots" on a screen where you can interact with something is very useful).

  • Summary: Well, not sure what to think on this one, wasn't able to complete the game because I could not deal with the sub-par voice acting. Overall, 4/10 would not recommend...

  • Summary: The story is absorbing, exciting and mysterious. The characters are well animated, interesting and occasionally even funny. The visuals are stunning, with the beautifully hand drawn backdrops merging well with the computer animated characters that have more life than any drawn character could.
