Summary: The story of this game is not bad at all, except for the end. The graphics are very good. The HOG's are crystal clear, but a bit on the easy side. This game could have been excellent indeed. But alas, it isn't. There are two factors that make it an average game at best. Firstly: it is too patronizing. All areas where the action takes place are highlighted. There is little you have to find out yourself. Secondly: this game is loading forever.
Summary: The game had nice, properly lit, clear graphics throughout (save for one of the HO scenes near the end), but production areas in all other areas fell flat. First, the music doesn't loop properly - it ends abruptly after awhile, stops for AGES, then restarts suddenly again. Secondly, the loading times were ridiculous.
Summary: Loved the game :) The music was haunting yet nice in my ears. The story was a bit dramatic, but it's just a typical stalker-that-kills-people-close-to-you sort of thing. I did not like to go back and forth so much to repeat the HO scenes. But other than that, I would recommend this game to beginners who are just getting started on a HOG streak. And it's really beautiful, too. Reminds me of Dark Parables-Curse of Briar Rose.
Summary: A decent HoG in terms of production value and graphics. Nothing too new about the content or puzzles. I did have an issue with the "hint" system when not in the HoG scenes. Definately too broad. It would highlight an area even if you couldn't do anything there yet. The storyline was okay until you got to the climax, then it all kind of fell apart for me.
Summary: No brain matter needed. Interesting adventure/HO game in that you don't need to search around the scene to find out where tasks are required, they are outlined in glowing purple....I've never seen one so mindless before. The hidden object scenes are very easy as the objects are just laid out for you on a surface, no hiding, and not very many so it's easy to find. Probably a good game for adolescents that are just starting out with hidden object/adventure games...
Summary: Overall Impression: A well-done game that fizzled at the end. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars; but since I can't, I'll go with 3. A star off for falling apart at the end, and one for no way of opting out of all of the handholding. Media Description: The graphics are well done, hand-drawn scenes. The music suited the scene and was a nice addition to the atmosphere. There were no voiceovers. Storyline: The story was told through skippable cut scenes.
Summary: I thought this game was done nicely. The story was original and the music went well with the mood of the game. The graphics were also done nicely. The hidden object scenes weren't overcrowded with items. I was able to find the hidden objects pretty quick and the puzzles weren't too difficult. I actually thought this game was very creative.
