Excerpt: I'm probably not the right person to be reviewing this, I think to myself as I have to spend over two hours just looking for my Dungeon Siege 2 disks so I can install the Broken World expansion pack over it. When was the last time I even looked at the disks? I can't remember.
Excerpt: Date: 9/4/2006 Dungeon Siege II: Broken World is an expansion game for Dungeon Siege II. While it will let you create a new higher level character to take into the game, it is not a standalone game and requires that you have Dungeon Siege II to play.
Summary: RPG's don't have to believable, they just have to be fun.
Pros: Both updating and cross-referencing is extremely easy, including the importation of your DSII characters; main nav and command keys are both easy to remember and come in handy all the time; voice work is again well done; the orchestrated music will get you into the mode every time.
Cons: Some enemies can be hard to attack or even see in a cluster as they are very small; the action does slow down quite a bit for story purposes and exploring for items, whilst at other times you seem overwhelmed with attackers; short compared to original; not much added to the multiplayer side of th...
