Summary: It is by far not the best adventure game, but it has that charming limitation of relatively old games I personally like. You must read all documents you find, for many times the answer is in them. I actually like that, and the texts are not long nor too many so reading them isn't boring at all.
Summary: I decided to come back and play this original game before playing the new release in the series. I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed that I did. HOURS of play, good Lord I lost track of the hours.
Summary: Although the game probably does warrant a fifth star I stop at four because it was too difficult to play through without the walk through information. There should have been some hints to build on so you had an idea what to do next.
Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed this game. I agree with the gamezebo review that too much time was spent looking for objects (I didn't see the tip to hit the spacebar to illuminate all of the interactive objects until the game was over).
Summary: Excellent graphics, compelling story, and music that draws you in. However, difficulty level is extremely high, and I used a walk-through more than I liked. I would rate it 5 stars but sometimes the puzzles and tasks to do were too obscure.
Summary: No way in the world could I have gotten through this game without two complete walkthroughs and the Universal Hint System (great resource if some don't know of it - gives only 1 hint at a time).
