Summary: I was encouraged to get this program from a friend and the price was good. Previously, I had gotten Jewels Star app and had been playing that for a few weeks previously. Bejeweled doesn't compare in many ways. It's slow, the 3d effect of the jewels is very poor. I enjoy Jewels Stars much more.
Summary: At 74 years of age playing this game might seem a little silly....However it provides a great deal of intense focus for an old man and keeps him on his toes, both mentally and phyically, at least the eyeballs really keep working. It usually takes me several games to get warmed up and than I can build up a sizeable point count.
Summary: Bejeweled 2: Deluxe I want to tell you that this game is fun to play but the CD is terrible. Every day that you want to play the game it shuts down your computer and you have to re-boot. You then have to uninstall and reinstall the game to get it running. I put up with that for a week and then tossed it in the trash. So if you have $14.99 + tax to throw away buy this game. Fair warning...good luck.
Summary: I loved the first Bejeweled and could not wait to buy the second one. It's quite different and a little more challenging that I thought it would be. Most times I give up on it because of its difficulty to play.
Summary: While it's a very nice looking game, the game-play itself gets boring and repetitious after a while. A better tile-swapping game is '7 Wonders of the Ancient World' and you should get that instead of 'Bejeweled 2'.
