Summary: Only derby game on ps3 that I know. It gets repetitive and after a while it's just too easy to win every race. That being said: it's just a lot of fun to play. It's a well made derby game. I like racing but the cars have to be able to get damaged to make me feel engaged. This game does that.
Summary: First of all we can't campare this game to FlatOut (in my opinion FlatOut 2 is 10/10). But Dirt Showdown is also very funny. Graphics and the gameplay are good, with cool cars and nice challenges.
Summary: Departures from the main series games are never good. Is in this case is the same? No, the creators really, put their order to the main series Dirt fans feel at home, just a little different. The game offers us a great atmosphere. Why?
Summary: In many respects, Dirt Showdown is a divergence from the rally racing core that has defined the series since its inception in 2007. Edge of your seat control has been replaced by a simplistic handling model, perfect for arcade racing. Hence this is more like Destruction Derby than Dirt.
Summary: I don't understand why everyone hates this game. It's for people who love demo derbies. If you don't like demo derbies, don't play this one. Anyway, the game is very fun. The graphics are extremely beautiful, the car models are nice, the damage engine runs very well, and there are only a few flaws...
Summary: The race and destruction modes are the heart and soul of this game. The style mode feels like it was bolted on to add more content and feels like a chore to get through. Overall a fun game. Online runs smooth, mics are good, and the menus are intuitive and easy to navigate. Love the mute features!
Showdown takes a very different direction from previous dirt game

Excerpt: Dirt Showdown (PC) My Purchase. I bought this game in my usual way which was online using my vouchers but this time I did it at a black Friday weekend where I was browsing anyway to see what I could find and there were quite a few games on offer at low prices (not sure if they were to do with the...
Summary: Firstly, as everyone else everywhere has said: this isn't a true DiRT game. But let's ignore that for a second (and to mark a game down solely for its title is ignorant.) Any game based off the DiRT 3 engine should look fantastic - and of course, this does. It also runs brilliantly well.
