Diablo III: Much Improved!

Summary: The extra physical components are good. The hardback artbook is great as usual. Almost worth the extra money by itself. But I wish they had something as cool/unique as the Diablo Skull + USB drive like in the last collector set. This is also rating for the general revamp of Diablo III. Loot Drop 2.0 and the removal of the Auction House is key to improving the original Diablo III. Even if you don't have this expansion set, you can enjoy the gameplay updates.

Summary: This expansion adds a lot to the base game, including a new class, new act, rifts and a higher level cap. My biggest complaint would be that there is only one new class to play compared to Blizzard's past history of introducing three new classes (in Diablo 2). I also own the Ultimate Evil edition for XBone, which tends to be a bit behind in functionality from the PC version (this makes sense from a development perspective) but is still one of the best games on the...

Summary: Been a long time Diablo 2 fan, finally upgraded to this version. Game play is a little too easy to start off with and i beat the game rather easily. However, with floor plans constantly changing and things never being the same, different types of boss battles etc, it keeps you on your toes, After you have beaten the game, then you can change the difficulty and things become a real challenge whichis awesome. Adding in the adventure mode is prety awesome as well.
Summary: This is not a review of the game itself, but rather a review of the collectors edition. This was a gift for my 16 year old son. He was interested in Diablo III, but the reviews on that game were not all that great. I decided to get this collectors edition primarily due to the extras in the box. My son is an artist, and so I thought the book included would be a great idea for him. I was right. He loved it! The book has some great illustrations from the game.
Summary: As a fan of the original Diablo and its sequel, Diablo 3 was a bit of a disappointment. The real money auction house detracted from the experience rather than adding to it - nevermind the ridiculously atrocious droprate of legendary items. Thankfully, Reaper of Souls has changed all of that and made Diablo 3 a modern day classic. If you are still undecided, there is no need to be - this expansion makes up for the misgivings of version 1.
Summary: If you're gonna get the Diablo 2 Expansion (and honestly it's amazing), this is the version to go for! It's got the extra pet goodies, extras for other blizzard games, etc. The box is typical Blizzard quality, I collect these from most blizzard games and it goes great on my blizzard shelf. Reaper of Souls brought a whole new dimension to Diablo 2. I can't even tell you how the new additions make the game infinitely more fun!
Summary: This is my first MMORPG and it's great! I've always found WOW to be wanting in the graphics department. Diablo plays differently but I think a MUCH better looking game! Graphics and storyline are slick and well laid out as you progress. This Collectors box is NICE! Great looking packaging. The box is so nice I keep it on my bookshelf on display. I really like the game art book and was happy to have the included codes to try Blizzards other games. LOVE IT!
Summary: An excellent addition to an already excellent game. The new Templar class is especially useful in co-op mode, and the expanded level caps keep you going back for more action. I got this for $15 on a black Friday special, and I haven't stopped playing it since.

Summary: For the same price as the PC expansion, you're getting the whole package on a console that doesn't require internet connection to play it! Can't beat that deal! As for the game, it's an absolutely top notch port that actually plays more easily than the PC counterpart. While the PC version has the advantage of updates, slightly better graphics, and some additional modes and features, the console version has brilliant couch play and a streamlined interface that makes...
Summary: Pros:I love the box, the book, and the feel of it. Installation was easy. Game play is a great improvement from Diablo versions I and II. Cons: The first month I had some days when I could not play because of server issues with Blizzard. Also the update took a long time to install. Thoughts: If you are a computer system builder, you should use a solid state hard drive and update your video card and your monitor to get maximum benefit.
