Summary: Gets old after two runs through act 5. Make it like diablo 2 with skill tress. Diablo 2 is infinitely better. Or just make the game longer - make like 20 acts. You already have the scripts written now you just need a designer. Like I imagine in your C++ code you have a template object for a monster.
Summary: The expansion itself is fine, actually much better than the original Diablo 3. However, it's overly expensive since it does not add much play value to the game. The worst thing is that you have to have the original Diablo 3 to play the expansion.
Summary: What a pity. This COULD have been a 5 star game. Lots of fun to play if this is your thing. The problem is, connecting to the Blizzard servers and staying connected. I CONSTANTLY and I mean CONSTANTLY am dropped and often find it difficult to get back on as well.
Summary: It's a great game. But I just can't give it any better than 2. Diablo III insists on an internet connection, even if you're playing single-player. If your connection is interrupted, your game stops instantly. Even if you were in single-player.
Summary: The games does a good job in expanding the story. But the price does not justify for the amount of game we get. The main problem is, they charge a new retail game price for something shorter then the original game.
Summary: 3/31/14 - I will continue to update this review as time goes on. I wrote a less than favorable review of the original Diablo 3. My major complaint was that the game was so short. Many people told me it was unfair to criticize the initial game time, because you continue to play the game at increasing...
Summary: I give this a solid 3. It's too expensive for it's content,it will never be a successor for diablo 2. But at least it's an upgrade to diablo 3. In my opinion,if you hated d3 vanilla, don't buy it. If you were okay with it,wait for cheaper price. If you liked the game,go buy it.
