Summary: I found no other reviews complaining of a game/system crash upon starting the game so maybe I just got a bad disc. I contacted "Iceburg" support and received an apologetic response but a diagnosis that my "graphic card driver is out of date"...simply not true.
Summary: Well, not sure what to say since I didn't get very far. I bought it based on 1 review from another site and screenshots. I had no idea that: 1) The game has an interface like Myst. Yeah. The game was released in late 2009 and the interface is from the mid 90's.
Summary: I played Dark Falls 1 and 2 and really enjoyed them. This one however is really gruesome for no apparent reason, very tiresome to play and frankly I just stopped after playing as I really wasn't enjoying it. Don't buy it!
Summary: I found some of the puzzles in this game to have ridiculously random solutions. Despite completing games like Longest Journey and Syberia 1 & 2 without too much trouble, with this game I spent as much time reading the walkthrough as I did actually playing it.
Summary: Now, dont get me wrong. I'm a big fan of previous productions like Barrow Hill, and the truly outstanding The Lost Crown. I'm also very much looking forward to Bracken Tor and The Last Crown. Even Darkfall: Lights Out wasn't so bad. The catch is, this is NOTHING like the aforementioned games.
Summary: Am I the only person who could install this game but not actually play it? It simply won't play. No icon is installed on my desktop, and no matter what I do, it simply won't play. If I insert the disc again I simply get the option to install it again.
Summary: Am I the only person who can't play games that have the spinning 360 degree thing without getting nauseous and dizzy?! I have been waiting for so long and with such excitement for the third Dark Fall so am gutted that after five minutes I had to stop and not go back..
