Summary: The combat is identical to Crysis, so fun but no longer innovative. As Psycho your suit has the same powers as Nomad's and you use the same weapons except for the special endgame gun. The story runs parallel to Crysis without really adding much new information.
Summary: Warhead is pretty, like Crysis, so no surprise. But it's nothing special and it displays some bugs that I didn't notice in the original. Head shots don't always score a one shot kill, however, knee or foot shots sometimes will. You can one shot an enemy by shooting them in the foot?
Summary: I downloaded the game not knowing exactly what to expect. The game-play is great (also enjoyed the story) however; the game is way too short, its comprised of two main stages, killing Vietnamese then aliens. It was about 20 hours of game-play at normal difficulty setting.
Summary: Given its predecessor, Crysis warhead have a lot to live up to, unfortunately it doesn't quite cut it. The game have gone from a game that pushed the boundaries of what is possible, that had a huge sandbox world to a linear, graphically the same and with no sense of what difficulty means.
Summary: this "classic" release that is selling on ebay looks very fabricated, basic case with 2 DVDs (Warhead and Wars), no manuals or instructions , it did had poorly printed tiny sticker inside with serial number that did activate online, so for me it was enough, just bought it to play online multiplayer,...
Summary: I tought i would buy this game to test my machine because it is known for demanding for the cpu game. Now im like wow another shooter i dont like playing this at all, I dont understand people playing shooters for hours. Wow i played this for 2-3 hours and its get boring...
Summary: First Off, CHECK YOU SYSTEM SPECS BEFORE BUYING!!! This game takes ALOT OF EVERYTHING TO RUN SMOOTHLY! Especially if your looking to enjoy the game. I have seen it on minimum system requirements and basically atari looks high tech when compared.
Summary: I loved the original Crysis. It was a combination of awesome graphics, superior story-telling, and action-packed fighting with a little stealth thrown in. Warhead is just not at the same level of the original. First of all, the plot is non-existent.
Conclusion: Although this game is as visually impressive as the original, I found it somewhat rather dull and lacking in both depth and game play. With crysis most of the game required you to look at each situation objectively this one doesnt, its just a case of point and shoot.
Summary: This was bought for me as I'd enjoyed playing the first half of the first Crysis. The DRM issue is there, I'm broadly aligned with those who think it is impinging on your basic rights, and you can read about that in other reviews that concentrate on it.
