Summary: this is a really great in-depth strategic game revolving around world war II. It is especially great due to the factions in the game and the units available to each faction. This allows for a good bit of variation in the game. Although, i must say, i am not to fond of the games skill level (as it is meant for good gamers). I mean, you don't need to be really good at games to play it and still have a lot of fun, but it ws probably made for more better gamers in mind.
Summary: Company of Heroes is a great game. It is without a doubt the most realistic and entertaining WWII RTS game out there. However, Tales of Valor did not offer much. It came with three new campaigns, and three new game modes. Not worth the 30 bucks it was released as. Luckily I bought it for only 8 bucks when it was on sale at my local Gamestop, so I could critique it without spending too much. If I were to rate Company of Heroes as a whole, I would give it a 10/10.
Summary: So this expansion gets rave reviews. No way, this was not worth $30 unless you're into online gaming. It adds new maps and new units. Some of which are really awesome, but the amount of substance and work put into the new campaigns is laughable at best. The three new campaigns are extremely easy, and can be completed in about 30 minutes each, not the mission the whole campaign.

Summary: I have ill-spent hundreds of dollars on similar WWII strategy games. Company of Heroes (COH) is by far the best I have ever seen. That being said, their expansions have no let downs – not like other games. For one, Tales of Valor is independent from the original – and their other expansion “Opposing Fronts”. Not just the single player gaming – but the online multiplayer too – it’s a huge plus, especially if you don’t have ~60 bucks on you.
Summary: 1.Company of Heroes is one of the best strategy games I have ever played. 2.Worse yet you don't get any new countries such as Russia, Japan or Italy to tangle with and the new units just don't feel all that special.
Summary: This game definitely is a good buy, ever since the first Company of Heroes was released I was hooked, however in this expansion pack, they released several new maps, some of which are user-created. There are also some new units that can be used in place of old ones and the units are somewhat better than the ones they replace. The story line is really good, but quick and short, there is little to be played. Graphics are still amazing and jaw-dropping!
Summary: Company of Heroes is an overall great franchise which has allowed for a solid strategy game that involves true tactics. Tales of Valor augments some fresh new game types and maps to help keep old players hooked and new playersmore to get hooked on. Despite the system requirements stressing most non-gaming pc's, the game can run on a lower end comp with the right settings.
Conclusion: Was really looking forward to this game but had the single player campaigns beaten in a single afternoon. No base building and more suited to multiplayer. If you haven't played CoH before steer clear of this and buy the original.
