Another step down for the C&C legacy

Summary: I wasn't going to buy this game, but a friend convinced me. I shouldn't have listened. I was a huge fan of C&C. The original and the 2 red alerts were awesome games. I always ignored Tiberian Sun as the early mistake. Generals disappointed me, and I decided the legacy was dead. It is truly dead now.
Summary: By all means download and try the demo before you shell out nearly $60.00 for this game. I've been a C&C fan and have purchased all of the games to date. There is absolutely nothing new in this release. It's the same old same old. The build interface is clunky at best.
Summary: I gave this 2 stars because I'm sure the game is great, but I can't install it because the copy I got from SC-Wholesale has an invalid serial number. Maybe because someone has pirated the original number and registered the copy, or maybe I got a dodgy copy. Either way very annoying.
Summary: It has its good points which are outlined in other reviews such as visuals but its quite tedious and limited. I think overall its a sloppy addition to the C&C series and I've tired of it already. Shame
A passable game, but it could have been so much better.

Excerpt: Electronic Arts strike again with another offering from the long-standing and historically excellent "Command and Conquer" range. Very well received on release (I think the lowest rating it got was 81%) it has had me wondering just how this happened ever since.
Summary: I'm a avid fan of the C&C Series - I've always been a bit of an RTS freak and I'm used to being captured by the story lines and missions that C&C are generally fairly famous for... until I got Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. What a dissapointment.
Excerpt: I fell in love with the strategy games produced by Westwood Studios back in 1998 with Dune 2000. This is the game that got me playing strategy games, and I loved every minute of it. Now, picture the scene 19 years later, when I start playing Command and Conquer 3.
Summary: As an avid C&C fan I eagerly awaited this game. However after getting past the 'wow' factor with the graphics - and they are great, the gameplay just doesn't even register. There's nothing unique or new with the gameplay at all and seems simply to be a revamp of the original game!
Summary: Having played Generals and Zero Hour for months and months without getting bored with it I was expecting the ULTIMATE C & C with this version. How disappointed I was! For a start I'm running a 3.2Ghz PC with 512Mb 1600XT pro card and 2Gb memory and even with the latest drivers for the card, the pc...
Summary: The first thing you notice is how VERY nice this game looks but then you quickly discover that thats ALL this game really has. Because the game is basicly the same as the original cnc from all most 10 years ago.
