Command And Conquer 4 – Tiberian Twilight: Reviewed (PC)

mature-gaming.com
7 September 2013
  • Excerpt: It’s been seven years since Westwood folded and EA games started developing the Command and Conquer franchise. I say that because when it comes to a series that’s as long running, critically acclaimed and damn engrossing as Command and Conquer, history is really important. I felt a tinge of sadness when I heard that this title – Command and Conquer 4 – was going to be the last in the Kane story arc.

  • Excerpt: Command and Conquer 4 is (supposedly) the final chapter of the Tiberuim saga of the franchise. In this final chapter an element called Tiberium reaches critical levels and is seriously endangering humanity with its toxic qualities, the Brotherhood of Nod betrayed Kane thus Kane had no choice but to side with his mortal enemies GDI (Global Defense Initiative, matters got worse when even commanders, who had bitter feelings for Kane, deserted the GDI and turns to the bad...

Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight review

Gameplanet
6 August 2010
  • Excerpt: It's Command & Conquer, but not as we know it. Fans expecting a tweaked game to round out the franchise may be sorely disappointed.
  • Pros: A blend of other game styles makes for a new multiplayer experience.
  • Cons: Too much has changed for the hardcore fans to feel like this is still a C&C game.

Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight Review

GamingTrend
24 February 2010
  • Excerpt: Bald, goatee-sporting villain? Check. Cheesy live-action cut scenes? Check. Lots of blabbering on about tiberium nodes? Check. Must be time for a new entry in the Command & Conquer franchise! Of course, I poke fun at those things only because I love them.  The Command & Conquer series has been a staple of my real-time strategy diet ever since the first title came out way back in 1995.

Command & Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight - Review

Gamezapp
23 September 2010
  • Summary: Bei diesem Test stand eine Frage im Vordergrund: Wie viel Command & Conquer steckt eigentlich in Tiberium Twillight?

  • Pros: Guter Single-Player-Modus, Packender Multiplayer-Modus, Bombastischer Sound, Kein Hardware fressendes Monster
