Summary: Simple, enjoyable and fun game. Love the graphics. They were colourful, vibrant and crisp. Lovely music soundtrack, very nice. However, for each chapter one music piece was assigned to that scene and it kept looping. As such, it was repetitive. Other elements like ambient sound, effects and animation were all pretty good too and I have no complaints. Gameplay was easy with lots of hidden objects scenes. Scenes and items were beautifully drawn, and well placed.
Summary: As HOGs go this one is okay but doesn't offer much more than that. I didn't feel particularly engaged by any storyline so I got bored about half way and gave up. There are a few extra 'puzzles' thrown in but they are rather easy - 8 piece jigsaw type games, or paint by numbers style colouring which isn't engaging or exciting and there is no brain power required. Worth a play if you're new to HOGs and pure and simply want that.
Summary: This was simply a fun game. Even on advanced level you will never be lost for what to do. The graphics were lovely throughout. It was a fairy tale-type story without much depth but is what I call a guilty pleasure. Worth a play through.
Summary: Gave it 3 stars, a solid HOG, thats it. I played with easy mode. The game story wasn't impressive, but graphics were beautiful and HO-s were well hidden actually. So i was glad that mini games weren't so difficult to continue, i would still play it. But as i said, the story got a little boring in the end. And something was wrong with the notes, i could click only one so i skipped it. And also i didn't like the direction arrows, because they were too "sensitive".
Summary: I almost purchased this game outright based on reviews, solid reputation of developers, etc. but I'm glad I decided to give it a try first. First off, I thought I had read that this game was pretty much a straight HOG (which is what made it appeal to me). I found that besides the beginning scene, it's pretty much more adventure, less HOG. I really, really don't care for adventure games so this was a negative to me.
Summary: I really do enjoy this game. As stated the graphics are great. There is a few problems with directions and seeking items but it only increaases your concentration. I enjoy the search and even the mini games. I am over half way through and do like the game and have purchased it. Give it a try you will enjoy this game and the adventure.
Summary: Pros: excellent graphics, good audio, well-written story, smooth gameplay, some replayability Cons: development team personal tastes too noticeable, implausible plot, ending is a failure, very repetitious. Graphics are clear and very well executed, music and sound effects need to turned down, but they're otherwise very good.
Summary: I really enjoyed the demo and did not hesitate to buy the game. I found it GOOD, GOOD and VERY GOOD all the way around. The storyline was interesting and game play seemed long enough (since I have not finished it). It was easy to follow (no instruction manual necessary!) with a quick hint system. Items were not impossible to find but uniquely hidden.
Summary: This is one of the better HOGs I've played this year. I really loved the graphics and calmness of this game. If there was one thing in it I did not like, it was the dress columbus mini game, which just didn't cut it for me. This is a fairly long game for the money, and an enjoyable play. Columbus is sent on a mission to release an enchanted maiden and the romp that follows is just plain fun.
Summary: I had great hopes for this game based on Elixir of Immortality and Reincarnations: UtP. However, this is a standard HOG with very little "adventure" thrown. Not my favorite type of game, and I feel a little cheated since the first scenes actually are there once where there is some "point and click". Later the game becomes classic HOG.
