Summary: The first third of this title is pure masterpiece. A chilling atmosphere, haunting sounds and great dialogue all work together to make the hairs on your neck stand up. The gameplay while navigating the corridors of the mansion are intense and frightening.
Summary: I loved Undying it is a blast to play. The interface is hard to get used to but when you do it is a breeze. Undying is based on the Quake 3 graphical engine so it performs smoothly and isn't choppy even when fighting multiple enemys.
Summary: Although this game is pretty old by now, and although I have had it for a long time, I just wanted to add my review here to pay my respect for the developers, because this game has been under-rated by customers. Perhaps because of its rating.

Summary: I have played many, many FPS games. Doom. Doom 2. Quake. Duke Nukem. Half Life. Aliens vs. Predator just to name a few. And none of them, not even Half-Life or AvP could have prepared anyone for this. This game is terrifying beyond all belief.
Summary: I usually don't like FPS (First Person Shooting Games), but this games I like because of the horror. The music and sound effects in the game give me the creeps, plus the game has excellent graphics (A bit dark, but heck it's a horror game).
Summary: This is probably my fourth first person shooter that I have played, and it is way up there on the list. I absolutely loved Deus Ex and I find that Undying does not match its unparalleled interaction and character enhancement, however, for anything that it lacks, Undying's graphics and story line...

Summary: First of all, I am biased. I love most of Clive Barker's work and I liked the movies based on his writings. But that doesn't mean I gave him a free pass while evaluating this game. Also, I never purchased Unreal Tournament (just didn't like the whole concept).
Summary: My favorite PC game of all time is HALF-LIFE. At the risk of sounding like a nutcase, HALF-LIFE actually disturbed my sleep paterns, it caused me violent nightmares and ate up any free time I had for the time it took for me to complete (the only FPS I have ever beaten without cheating, I might add).

Summary: One if the really terrifying PC, even after all these years this is still a favourite of mine This game brilliantly captures the twisted mind of Clive Barker, in a excellent mix of FPS, and exploration. The well thought out story line compliments the game perfectly
Excerpt: I am a big fan of Clive Barker's, from his literature, to his film adaptations (such as the Hellbound Heart adaptation, Hellraiser being especially great), and now, his games. I am able to overlook some of the glaring flaws of Clive Barker's Undying because it is an inventive horror game that is...
