   What you may have noticed is that there's not a lot of extra content added to the game, and what was listed in the first few paragraphs is essentially it for the "World Edition" tag.    Overall, the game is largely hit or miss. You're either going to appreciate the city building and wide range of choices to create your utopia, or be turned off by it's uninformative tutorial and trial and error tactics. While World Edition is a decent city simulation title, it has little replay value -- unless you want to make buildings yourself.    City-builders usually have one inspiration to look towards: Will Wright's original SimCity .    Fun: I did not guess this can be such a good simulation. Simulation rules make sense. Graphics is great and details are done very good. The only critics is about the performance. I had a Athlon 4800 + 2GRAM but only an on-board 256M NVidia graphics and this was a little slow. Also startup of the software took 2m (I have a SATA 256M Hard).
