Summary: Loved almost everything about the game. It is wonderfully detailed down to the heat wave of gas coming out of the barrels of guns. It tended to play a bit choppy but I think that says more about my ancient computer than it does the game. The only shortcoming I saw was it (the story) seemed fairly short compared to say COD 2. However I found the plot very interesting and love how it was carried out. I still love this game and will continue to play it time and again.
Summary: I love it. It took a few loopholes to get running, such as making sure another set of headphones was plugged into the microphone jack for some reason. Also, punkbuster won't connect or update with COD4 so I can't get into some servers without being kicked. But aside from that, this is probably my all time favorite game!
Summary: This is a great game. It's very nostalgic, bringing back lots of memories of when I first bought and played this on console. One thing I had an issue was with micro tearing in the campaign, due to vsync. However, that is completely my fault.
Summary: Still the best Call of Duty. Dedicated servers, no lag, 64 player maps, admins kick noob hackers, hell yeah! Every other CoD game after this kept going deeper and deeper into the latrine. Punkbuster no longer officially supports this game but you can still find modded versions of PB or play on non PB servers.
Summary: Opened up a steam account and decided to look for some old games that I used to play on my PS3. (Since I now have a PS4) So I found a amazing classic. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Probably one of my favorite games of all time. And it was 20 dollars on Steam. I thought "Who would pay this much for a old game'? And me, being the person who would pay 20 dollars for this amazing game was about to purchase it on steam.
