Graphics excellent, but the game is not exciting, it doesn't have a lot of missions. maybe 12 or so

Summary: I downloaded this game from AMAZON, it took about 2 and 1/2 hours to download being a 7.6 Gb file. Within 6 hours of playing the game, I was done, finished the entire game to be precise (recruit level). The only thing left to do was raise the difficulty level. That way you will have more time to play in each mission.
Summary: I usually don't get around to reviewing a game but this was so frustrating I had to write. I played the original COD 1 and 2 and really liked them. This one makes me follow guys around and treats me like a child. "Crouch" it says. "Throw a grenade now" it says. "Good job, you are awesome!" it says in one of several European accents. But the real problem was half way through, which is as far as I got.
Summary: There was so much hype about this game. It is just not fun.... The solo game is way too scripted. Every mission corrals you through the map. You have little to no choice of things to do. Don't even think about exploring the map, it can't be done. I blew through all of the missions in less then a day. The online multiplayer game is only slightly fun. I would equate it to a never ending paintball game.
Summary: CoD4 is a fantastic game which has the only downside of being too addictive. It continues to be superior to successor, CoD Modern Warfare 2, which was horrible, as well as to Bad Company 2 and Medal of Honor: Tier I. It is also superior to CoD: World at War. It is essentially the most fun FPS of 2010 even though it was released a few years ago. While ARMA II is vastly more realistic and is essentially a MilSim, CoD4 offers what I call fun realism.
Summary: This game is fine if you can live without cheat codes. The makers went through extraordinary trouble to make sure it was extremely difficult to use cheats. When you hit an impasse in the game, it is nice to be able to cheat to play through, but not on this game. Also, the grenades are a constant pain in the neck. You die if you don't "throw back" the grenade when the grenade symbol comes up on the screen. The problem is that it doesn't always throw away and you die.
Summary: I really don't like writting negative reviews but unlike the xbox 360 version. That can be played with a controller the PC version is uncompatible. Mouse and keyboard only! This makes the game boring and somewhat frustrating to enjoy.Call of duty 4 moderwarfare 2 has the same issue.Checkout activisions website for more info. Do not buy this game unless u like headaches...
Pros: Challenging, Engaging Story Line, Graphics, Great Sound
Summary: I see a lot of positive reviews on this game, and it worked well enough on the P.C. version, but it is absolute garbage on my Mac. Mac Pro Dual-Core Intel Xeon 2.66 GHz 5GB ram Maybe I have something set wrong, but I tried various settings, including setting everything to minimum(with 640 X 480 screen resolution). For Most of the game it stutters and is really hard to tell if your shooting or not. There is one more thing.
