Summary: What is this beauty, these colors, this world, these creatures, everything in this game is incredibly amazing. Botanicula is full of surprises. You will never expect what will happen next to be shocked by something beautiful that you have not seen before.
Summary: An excellent adventure game I bought it and then forgot about it but now I finally played it. The game goes in point&click style and takes place in a beautiful simple but extremely appealing world. Play as a group of 5 friends trying to save a seed from greedy spiders that will eat their world. Not only the graphics but the characters and the design and the concept are clever and funny and sweet.
Summary: Samorost 1 and 2 were fun puzzle games but the puzzles themselves were a bit shallow then they released Machinarium which I found extremely entertaining with puzzles that made you think rather than know what to do right when you see it. Finally comes Botanicula, which I feel has regressed back to the shallow gameplay of their earlier titles.
Summary: Absolutely brilliant game ,the best game I've played this year by far , the people at Aminita Design who gave us this piece of brilliance are really tallented at what they do and I can't wait for their next offering..... Thankyou...
Summary: Amanita’s games are like nothing else around. Whether it’s gnomes, robots or plants and insects, you get totally immersed in the world of their strange, endearing little critters. I think this is Amanita’s tour de force…it has the visual and audio magic of all their games honed into something close to stunning perfection. Game play is open-ended, allowing you to wander freely into nooks and crannies where clicking on almost everything makes something happen.
Summary: Botanicula is done by Amanita, the guys behind Machinarium, and is of the rather rare genre of Point & Click adventure. Botanicula has zero legible dialog in it. The characters say no recognizable words but that doesn't stop them from telling you everything you'd ever want to know. The Aesthetics of the game itself is well worth a shot. The art style is very bright and colorful with a whimsical design about it. Creatures in this world all feel like they belong to it.
Summary: What a fabulous game! Botanicula manages to be both relaxing fun and stimulating exercise for the brain which is a very rare find in the game world. I play quite a few (okay, a ton) of casual games and hardly ever do I find one I would flat out rate as a 5 without any quantifiers...this is one of the very few. Although It's hard to think I almost passed it up because of the name..
Summary: There is more joy per line of code in Botanicula than just about any other game ive played. Its truly wonderful. Already one of my favorite games of the year. Im a big Machinarium fan.... and i think Botanicula might be better. Its more accessible, and even more charming (a feat which i thought was not possible). Everybody should buy it.
Summary: Endless joy and a micro world full of wonders awaits you on an adorable adventure to save mother nature's life. Do not even think about missing this outstanding piece of art! Well done, amanita and thank you so much.
