Summary: Blood Bowl Team Manager is one of the best games of 2011 by far. There's a lot of strategy in the game, with each team having a different play style and strategy required. There's a bit of a hitch in a 2 player game, but in 3 to 4 player games; Blood Bowl really shines.
Definitely a must-have for your collection.
Summary: Blood Bowl Team Manager is a great card game which combines both the excellence that Fantasy Flight brings to it's products and the brilliance of what I believe to be the best all time Games Workshop game (Blood Bowl) as it's source material.
It's a little bit deck-building, a little bit dice-rolling and a lot-a-bit strategy and fun.
Conclusion: Big fan of both the board game and the pc game and everyone i know who has the game loves it 2 ..... only problem i see with the game is the lack of teams as only having 8 teams does tend to lack variety but there is an expansion pack coming out in the 3rd quater adding an extra 12 teams and then itll be perfect.
Conclusion: I love this game .. I have only done classic and blitz turn based campaigns so far but im loving it the gameplay ,graphics and behind the scenes upgrading is awsome .. Next step is the real time game and online action but i can honestly say im addicted .. It may have a few faults that need sorting but im sure they will be soon but it hasnt spoilt my fun one bit .. A must buy tbh iill be getting it on the 360 too when its released.
Conclusion: The Legendary Edition not only brings together another 11 teams making 20 in total from the board game but also provides smooth game play and dare I say it no bugs. Well worth the price for anyone who loved the board game or just likes a mixture or warhammer and nfl.
Conclusion: The coin is spinning. You are experiencing butterflies in your stomach. The wait is unnerving. You stare at the message on the screen: "Looking for Opponent." Who'll it be? More importantly, *what* will they be? How experienced will they be? The server is supposed to match you with an opponent of the same caliber, but if this is not your first game, you know it doesn't always work out that way. Suddenly, the message changes: "Connecting..." Here we go!
