Summary: If you were to combine Dinertown Tycoon SB [Old Version ] and Restaurant Empire [Download ] into one totally sweet game you would have this one! You get to set your own menu, decorate, hire staff, and run the show without cooking. I wouldn't call it a Time Management game, though. More like an adventure game with food involved. It also is way less involved than an empire game.
Summary: This game is so fun I really hope the make anther. I have always liked cooking games, this one is one of the best I have played the graphics are good the game is not to hard or to easy.It is a good game for the price. The only improvement what I would like to see is edge screen scrolling you know so you can move around the screen with your touch pad or mouse. In this game you have to click and drag the floor.
Summary: I have many casual games and this is my favourite. Loving good food makes this game even more enjoyable. I just wish they would come out with a second version for purchase. Bistro Boulevard 2!
Summary: This is an excellent strategy game, the Gamezebo review is way off! Basically, this is a simplified and improved version of Restaurant Empire, which was a great idea, but way too complex. The other reviewers have described the game well, so I just want to add a few comments about some things that I would love to see in the sequel (and there will be one, right?).
Summary: This is the most enjoyable game I've downloaded in a long, long time. I love time management games, but I can only get 1/3 of the way through most of them, as they're all about speed and multiple clicking, very one-dimensional. Bistro Boulevard employs strategy, a little speed, and creativity. I cannot get enough of it! In fact, my only criticism is that it's too short for me (though that wouldn't have kept me from buying it!).
Summary: I'm very surprised at the average rating Gamezebo gave this game. I personally love it! It's very original and not at all stressful. Like others said, it's more of a "tycoon" than time management game -- very much in the style of Restaurant Empire, but a lot simpler. I really enjoyed trying to guess which ingredients made up particular recipes from all the different countries. Also appreciated all the options available to customize my restaurants.
Summary: I really enjoyed this game. It is a better version of restaurant empire. Restaurant Empire was a bit slow and repetitive, but this game is a lot more involved and you feel like you are actually working towards something. It is not as intensive as most time management games are - during the opening hours you just seat the customers, but this is more of a tycoon game (like fairy godmother tycoon, or the icecream tycoon games) - you set the restaurant up and see how well...
Summary: I agree with Cleo, this is one fun game. Very original and addictive. It's a little bit like Restaurant Empire but much simpler. I'd call it more of a strategy game than TM. At the beginning of each restaurant you will open, you hire & develop both chefs and waiters, plan (and discover/unlock) menu items and have to design the floor layout and design.
