Summary: Never got it to work. No support from Steam or Beamdog other than a reference to user forums with literally tens of thousands of entries in no coherent order and no way of telling which were credible. Spent all morning trying to fix the problem with no luck. Uninstalled the game and wrote off the $24.95 as a waste. Too bad, I really liked this game when I first played it many years ago.
Summary: This is NOT a download of the game, it is a connection to a game server which you need to set up an account to play it. Then you need an open internet connection to run it. All in all the situation is a RPITR (Royal Pain In The Re*r) I would not have p;urchased it if I knew what I was buying... The right to play the game, not the right to have the game code on my computer!
Summary: I will preface this by saying that I never played this game in its prime. I may have had a much different experience if I had been replaying through for nostalgia sake. I have, however, played and loved many games in the same vein that have come since, such as everything from the Neverwinter Nights and Dragon Age series. I also very recently played through the original Starcraft, which I still immensely enjoyed, so it's not that I have a general disdain for old games.
could not load this game after 6 tries and returned it

Summary: the install process is fuzzy and I was never able to load it. I am in IT and have been for 15 years and I build my own systems so its not the fault of the user, its the poor documentation and install compatibility with Win 7 [?].
Summary: We have spent weeks trying to get this game to work. Customer support is terrible. Have tried 6 different gaming computers all with different hardware and none of them can run this game. We have over 500 games in our library and this is only the second game we have not been able to finish due too so many bugs/issues.
