Summary: Never got it to work. No support from Steam or Beamdog other than a reference to user forums with literally tens of thousands of entries in no coherent order and no way of telling which were credible. Spent all morning trying to fix the problem with no luck. Uninstalled the game and wrote off the $24.95 as a waste. Too bad, I really liked this game when I first played it many years ago.

Summary: Original game, which just makes it so much better since they didn't try to remake it. only issue is the final ending. Nor did it have Tales of the Sword coast. I couldn't pick up anything that had dropped, barely had time to export my character. and no matter how many times I reloaded the ending it kept crashing.
Summary: This is NOT a download of the game, it is a connection to a game server which you need to set up an account to play it. Then you need an open internet connection to run it. All in all the situation is a RPITR (Royal Pain In The Re*r) I would not have p;urchased it if I knew what I was buying... The right to play the game, not the right to have the game code on my computer!
Summary: Very good version of this ultra-classic game. One of my favorite video games of my lifetime (I'm not a huge gamer, but I did play a lot of video games between 1986 and 1993). I adore D&D and it's mechanics, and this is the ultimate computer game version of it. This updated version is worth the money. The story is fantastic.
