Would not start, ignored by customer support.

Summary: As an avid Assassin's Creed fan, I was extremely excited to purchase ACB and ACR, having finished AC1 and AC2 in two weeks. Unfortunately, after I downloaded and installed the games, I was unable to actually play the game as it simply would not start. I attempted many of the fixes mentioned online, to no avail, so I contacted Ubisoft customer support and asked an online question.
Summary: It didn't work on my computer at all and I can't even get my money back not even half so I bought this for nothing. Don't buy this game unless you go online to see if your computer will play it.
Summary: I almost made it to the end of this game, when it crashed and corrupted my save game. Since it autosaves I would have to play the whole thing over. The fact the game is addictive and fun to play just makes it that much more annoying when bugs like this happen, just like they did in AC2. Ubisoft's customer service is also terrible, and they are rude about it too. Avoid wasting your time and money.
Great way to pass a Monday afternoon, for a game that didn't work

Summary: Didn't work at all. It took about 3 hours of sitting there and having my computer run magnificently slow the whole time. Finally, the interminable process was over and I was hoping to play a well-renowned and entertaining game. But, as my fortune would have it, the game didn't even run. Oh well, yet another waste of time and money on superfluous technology.
Summary: After downloading a third time the installer failed each time. I submitted a return request and went to the store to purchase a disk. I will not be purchasing any software downloads from Amazon anytime in the near future. On the other hand, The game rocks and I would recommend it highly.
Summary: I was a big fan of the AC series since AC1. Before I bought this game, I checked out the videos on Youtube and looked through the whole walkthrough (because I play on my computer, and the PC version is released around half a year after the console versions are released). It looked great. The graphics is shocking, and the fighting system seems to have improved tremendously. I also like the crossbow, which allows a much stealthier gameplay.
Summary: I was really disappointed in Ubisoft. From everything I read on the net the PC version of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was going to get rid of the online activation and that was from Ubisoft's own website. Well, it was not true and the game would not even install properly and play without going online and fixing an immediate problem. Once that was done I was able to switch to offline play, but with technical problems.
Summary: The gameplay video and audio do not match. My video is very laggy with extremely low FPS. I have a brand new system with Windows 7 64 bit, 6 GB of ram, 1 tb hard drive, quad processor, 1 GB HD video card. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing. I looked through Ubisoft forums, and it appears that a number of people with systems capable of running the game are experiencing extreme lag and video problems.
