Cool concept, but repetitive / glitchy = waste of time

Summary: I played through AC I, but couldn't be bothered to go on to ACII, as ACI was so incredibly repetitive. As soon as you master the controls and feel like "I could kill anybody!" (a strange cause for glee) the game ceases to have any challenge, other than avoiding stupid mistakes.
Summary: I finally got around to buying and playing the Assassin's Creed starter set but after playing through the most boringly designed game in years I hit the brick wall that is a nearly dead Assassin's Creed II disk.
Summary: Just couldn't get into it. The controls were hard for me to figure out. The story seemed alright and in hindsight I wished I'd finished it for the story. Not a open ended game in the least and I really didn't enjoy the game mechanics.
Summary: Alright, first I should say that since I bought the PC version of this game, obviously I use it on the PC. There are other versions meant for Xbox and Playstation so maybe their games are a bit more reliable. But this is my perspective on the pc-version.
Summary: Great games, but the lag of my computer made playing AC II nearly impossible. It is more of a hardware issue with my laptop than the games themselves. Just make sure your PC can push the software. Check the requirements
