I loved this game

Amazon Customer "Francisco S Jimenez", Amazon
6 June 2015
  • Summary: I loved this game. Just remember to find all the Official patch files and the unofficial patchs that got made back in 2007ish (High Rez patch too). I had to play through at least 3 times.

Great find, fantastic game, reasonable price and shipping.

Killian Lesley, Amazon

  • Summary: Fantastic game that works decently with Windows 7 & 8. A few bugs/glitches, but that is understandable considering the OS it was originally designed for. It's a fantastic game for anyone into deep, well written story driven RPG's. Would recommend anyone to give it a try!

Not as ordered but..

Twofoot liberty, Amazon
4 September 2014
  • Summary: It works. I ordered a XP copy and instead got a 95,98,me,2000. It loaded and works in safe mode. So far I've been lucky on the older games I've ordered. Packed well and arrived earlier than expected. No game instructions so it took awhile to remember (had a copy in 2002-2003)and figure this out.

Tired of boring linear games

Lonnie Dunn, Amazon
27 February 2014

The main story line allows for an endless pursuite of side stories to exist side by side so that every choice you make affects the...

Complicated

Evlded8503, Amazon
15 July 2013
  • Summary: Arcanum is one of my all time favorite games. It's a third person RPG that features the player as the protagonist in a very complicated plot that has interesting parallels to religion. The game is immediately interesting as it begins in a shroud of mystery that you slowly unravel.

Gameplay makes up for graphics

AL "Andrew", Amazon
5 July 2013
  • Summary: Freedom is the best part of this game, both in character development and in what you can do in the world. For example, there are at least 5 ways to get past a locked door. You can use lock picking skill, a magic spell, pickpocket the key from an NPC, follow an NPC inside once you know their schedule...

A great game

Xavier Spade "Xavier Spade", Amazon
4 March 2013
  • Summary: I've never finished it. It may have a little too much dialogue and shopping for some folks but the many branched story-tree and the infinite combinations of character development are completely unparalleled. Save often. Save often.

A good concept

Brian, Amazon
18 January 2013
  • Summary: While it is a dated game, I really like the concept behind Arcanum. It is a bit overly complex, but still is enjoyable to play.
