Summary: Pretty original twist on a tower defense. The game utilizes ideas from Tower Defense by flipping the concept upside down, plus there are RTS elements like resources gaining / spending, plus there's a bunch of action elements represented by controlling a commander who's equipped with power-ups to shift enemies. The story will take you approx.
Summary: "Anomaly Warzone Earth" is an XBLA game (that costs 800MS points), with gameplay and features based on a Tower Defense game with some modifications. The story is centered on an alien spaceship that falls to Earth, as its pieces fall into cities as Baghdad and Tokyo, that create energy domes (called anomalies), which obscure the view from the outside world.
Summary: So the basic idea here is a reverse tower-defense, which seems interesting enough. The first level is quite slow, which is understandable, you're trying to build interest. That's not the reason for my particular score. The reason there is that shortly before the end of the first level, a random meteor dropped from the sky onto my caravan and destroyed one of my vehicles, instantly failing the mission for me. Let me explain why this was a game-killer for me.
Summary: I liked the concept, the gameplay is pretty original. The game is pretty polished for an indie, actually more so than blockbusters. Level design is nice. I got all my money's worth and then some more.

Summary: As a huge fan of tower defense games, this game's unique approach and intuitive game play are mixed in perfect proportions. I have no idea how ANYONE could give this a bad review unless they are not strategy or TD fans. Ignore the haters and embrace this game with an open mind. Lots of fun to be had!
Summary: The game is really something else when compared to the rest of the iOS environment. It has real depth of field, impressive gunfire and particle effects and also an intriguing twist on classic tower defence gameplay. It's intuitive touch works well on both devices, but iPad is where it really shines. The idea of Tower Offense is innovative and the amount of replay value is high with a large variety of modes. Overall it's definitely worth a download as it IS a good game.
