Summary: I picked this rating because, although this game is redundant in build, the scenarios do change. It is challenging in both multiplayer and single player. You get a world even every so often and only a limited time to do the event. You get mad experience points for it as well. So if you like builder games that come with some serious challenges, unlike its predecessors, this game will keep you busy for hours and hours and hours.
A very good game balance of skill with depth of choices

Summary: I bought this game thinking it would be pretty cool and that i might play it for a week or two and be done. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I finally got the gamed Fired up (the other commentors on this are right, it takes forever and u are forced to create an account) I watched as it booted up I could tell right off the bat that ALOT of thought went into making this game.
Summary: First up, the game has a steep but enjoyable learning curve. The campaign IS the tutorial. Anno 2070 is involved, it's not all about city building, but it adds your managing a fleet protecting the trade between islands, factions, and hostile & friendly computer players as well as co-op or multiplayer. If you like agriculture involved in city building this is your ticket.
Summary: I have played the old anno 1701 AND 1503. this game looks great but is more complex than the previous versions of the game. I found a lot of things lacking such as the sources of power and an inability to store energy with batteries or regenertive fuel cells as buildings in the game need power. Trade is about the same. My main beef with this it requires an internet connection. Other than that it has wonderful artistry and graphics.
Summary: As a long time Anno fan, this game blew me away. From the graphics to the switching between land and underwater, this game is truly amazing, the ability to choose between two major factions to build as is very cool and opens up a more in depth style of game play. To destroy the environment or save it? It's all up to you to make that decision. I would whole-heartedly suggest this game to anyone who enjoys city building games.
Summary: The best simulation/construction game ever. The gaming experience is still Anno-like, multi-island colonization, trade fleets, endless demand of citizens, but the state-of-the-art graphic and interesting "Corp-Eden-Tech" setting make the game more fun.
Summary: I downloaded this 3 or 4 days ago.... I've lost track of time. One of the best, at least top 5 games I have ever played. Once you start playing.... very hard to get off the keyboard. Learning curve was a little steep.... but once you figure it out, no issues. Google any questions for answers. I can't believe this cost $14 for a down load, all DLC content included (even the underwater DLC). Just a real masterpiece.
Summary: I picked this game up during the Amazon Black Friday sales and thought "why not?" Little did I know how addicting it would be. A word of warning: the game is very involved and you have to manage a TON of things. If you like City Building games like Sim City or Cities XL, you will really enjoy this game. Also, it's got a hint of Civilization to it as well. I am just sad I didn't pick this up earlier.
