Summary: I was intrigued by this game - at first I worried that it wouldn't work on my computer (some games do, some games don't, sigh) but it did !! So I finished the demo, but I wasn't pulled in like I'd want to be, but I loved the mini-games, graphics, story - really boochie 54 detailed it perfectly! And yes, the Jester figure...do we think it's a nod toward that era? Don't know - didn't bother me that much - good game, please try before you buy, as always.
Summary: Although it might not be to everyone’s taste, I quite enjoyed this. Being a history geek, I liked the story of a 16th century plot to kill the French king, even though there were a few anachronisms (a toy train, a photo). The use of real works of art, portraits, paintings, and tapestries in the decor appealed to my interest in art. I even got to ‘paint’ Leonardo’s Lady with an Ermine. Cool.
