Summary: You need to remove this product right now. You are making people buy a game that is free to play. After 3 months of this game releasing they shut down all server and a new company owns it and it is now free to play. Just like Team Fortress and DC universe which i have not seen selling at the stores.
Summary: The Customization in APB is some of the deepest I've seen rivaling games like Oblivion. The Driving with sirens and random mayhem also make for great fun. 2/3 of the game are spot on and keep me playing time and time again. The downside? Cheaters and more so the Combat system. The weapons in APB are horrible and make me believe that regardless of their hand in GTA, RTW had no business making anytype of shooter.
Summary: Please inform all the Walmart stores to remove this game: APB: All Points Bulletin from their shelves. The company has gone bankrupt and the game will no longer allow users to log in and play, furthermore, it is an online MMO game and does not have a single player (offline) choice so the players can not play the game as it tries to access RealtimeWorld's servers to log in, and their servers have been down for over two weeks now.
Summary: As of 09/16/10, an announcement has been made by the company that APB servers will be shut down by the end of the day with no plans to release the content free to play. Therefore, I highly recommend against purchasing this game.
Summary: APB is one of those great examples of a good game gone horribly wrong by misguided developers. I've been waiting for this game for years, but I always seemed to miss out on the beta periods. I was hoping it'd be intense, exciting, balls-to-the-wall gameplay gold; needless to say, I was grossly disappointed. First of all, the initial character creation is daunting, and I had no clue what to make of it.
Summary: Not only is this game bankrupt and shut down. I played it before it went down and this is by far the worst game ever made. The graphics are terrible and look real old and boring. There is only about 4 different missions that get old real fast for an MMO. I mean how many times can I do the same mission over and over? At least they will not be around to ripoff their customers anymore.
Summary: This is pretty much the worst game ever made. 1. There are only 10 vehicles, even old games like super mario kart on Nintendo 64 had more vehicles. 2. The game has only 8 missions, I never played something I got bored of in one day, thanks APB! 3. There is no technical support, if you have a problem with the game there is noone to contact. 4. Hackers are rampant in this game and steal users account and upload viruses to players computers that destroy their hard drives.
Summary: I didnt read much about APB before.. the only thing I knew is that the GTA maker has had his hands in it somehow.. so I expected (blindly) a MMO-GTA game.. Nice dream. Game is like Second Life or so.. just with shooting. Missions are after a short period just boring. Community and player base are worst. Game physics are horrible. I regret buying it.
Summary: APB is a third person shooter where crime is rampent. Enforcers are there to, well, enforce the law and arrest criminals. APB has a very flexible payment plan; $4.99 for 20 hours of Action time(in Action districts, but unlimited game time in Social Districts), or $9.99 for 30 days of unlimited play time. This game is basically a game of Cops vs. Robbers(Criminals in general, basically). There is thousands of players and is constantly growing.
