Summary: It probably will, since most gamers have a tendency to play through the whole story and if it means DLC and selling theur sole to devil, so be it. I on the other hand I am proud to say that I haven't bought a single DLC since the faggot-ass unholy son of the satan was born!
Summary: You all shouldn't just assume Remedy had no say in the DLC decision -- they are a studio strapped for cash now, with everything riding on Alan Wake. It's been a looong time since their last game, they've spent a lot of money developing Wake, and they were never sitting on a massive nest-egg to begin with. If they don't pull in a lot of profit from Wake, it's not implausible to think that Remedy could fold a year from now.
